We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our vibrant team in the heart of Wandsworth, London. Our ideal candidate will possess a warm and nurturing demeanor and be committed to providing outstanding educational experiences for children during their formative years.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and age-appropriate educational activities that promote child development.
- Observe and assess children’s progress, ensuring that learning goals are met while catering to individual needs.
- Foster a safe, positive, and stimulating environment that encourages children to explore and learn.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support the children’s learning journey and well-being.
- Manage daily administrative tasks related to children’s care, including maintaining records and reports.
Qualifications:
- A relevant Early Years qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- Proven experience in an early years setting.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic and creative approach to education.
