Job Title: Flexible Teaching Assistant
Flexible Part-time Teaching Assistant – North Somerset
Location: North Somerset
Flexible working hours: Ideal for students or those with other commitments
Sociable hours only: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm (no evenings or weekends)
Daily rate: £89 – with weekly pay every Friday
Are you looking for work that fits around your schedule? We are seeking passionate individuals across North Somerset to join us as flexible or part-time Teaching Assistants. This is a great opportunity to support children and young people with special educational needs (SEN) while maintaining a healthy work/life balance.
What You’ll Do:
• Support children with SEN either one-to-one or in small groups, guided by the class teacher
• Help pupils build life skills alongside their academic progress
• Choose your availability each week using our easy-to-use app for real flexibility
• Travel to different settings across North Somerset
Who We’re Looking For:

• Patient, caring, proactive and resilient
• Someone who enjoys working with children or young people, particularly those with additional needs
• Open to new challenges and willing to learn
• A student or graduate (psychology, sociology, criminology, art, drama, sport, education) or anyone with experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable adults
