We are recruiting a full-time Teaching Assistant / College Support Worker to join a post-16 SEND team based at a Campus in Filton. About the role You will support learners with MLD and mental health needs to engage in lessons, build independence, boost confidence and thrive in a supportive and inclusive environment Why this is a great place to work The college is part of a multi-campus further education provider recently rated “Good” overall by Ofsted, with “Outstanding” for personal development and adult learning provision. At the Filton campus, vocational, technical and SEND provision sit side by side — giving you a dynamic, inclusive setting. The college offers supported internships for students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), combining learning with real-world work placements.
