Location- Wareham
Contract Type: Full-time, long-term (8:30am – 3:30pm)
Pay: £89 – £95 per day (paid weekly)

We are seeking a committed Learning Support Assistant to join a mainstream primary school in Wareham. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualised support to pupils with a range of SEND needs
• Assist with the delivery of engaging, tailored learning activities for individuals and small groups
• Work collaboratively with teachers to promote inclusion and positive progress for all students
• Monitor and record pupil development, offering feedback to inform lesson planning and support strategies
• Contribute to a safe, positive, and encouraging classroom environment
About You - We are looking for someone who:
• Is patient, supportive, and nurturing, with a genuine passion for helping children thrive
• Can adapt to the needs of different learners and work flexibly across the school
• Enjoys working as part of a team and can follow teacher guidance while using their own initiative
• Commitment to safeguarding, confidentiality, and promoting the welfare of children
• An enhanced DBS check is required for the successful candidate
• Holding a valid driving licence would be beneficial
