Job Title: Long-term Teaching Assistant, Kidderminster
A local primary school setting in Kidderminster is seeking a long-term, full-time Teaching Assistant with experience supporting individuals with SEND. Previous SEN TA experience would be highly beneficial, however experience supporting individuals with SEND needs from residential, support or care backgrounds will be required. During this role, you will be: • Working on a 1-to-1 basis with a Year 2 student who is autistic, they access the mainstream curriculum but require additional support during their key subjects. • You will be given direction from the teacher and SENCo to ensure the student is given full support and is able to continue accessing the curriculum This role will be working Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 15:30 during term time only. This position will continue until a minimum of the end of July 2026 but can be extended and has the potential opportunity to be made permanent. You will be paid in role on a daily rate basis which will be paid a week in arrears at a daily rate starting from £89 per day (PAYE).
