About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to support a busy secondary school in Manchester. This short-term contract offers a great opportunity to manage day-to-day office operations and contribute to the smooth running of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring efficient office workflow.
• Manage correspondence, communications, and scheduling.
• Support staff and leadership with administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting as required.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00
