About the Role: This is a long-term role for the right candidate. The role includes a wide variety of off-site activities, such as: • Gardening and farming • Travel training • Work experience placements • General outdoor learning and life skills The Young People: You’ll be working with a diverse group of students, ranging from non-verbal learners to very able individuals.
