Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment where children can thrive. We’re looking for: Experience or genuine passion for supporting children with SEMH/ASC/ADHD. A calm, patient and proactive approach, with plenty of resilience. Strong communication skills and a team player mindset. A commitment to helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and self-belief. Previous experience in specialist or therapeutic settings is a bonus, but not essential – full training provided.
