We are currently seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive SEN school in Bromsgrove, working with students aged 4–19 years old. About the Role: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play an essential role in the daily support and development of students with a wide range of special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD, communication difficulties, and learning delays. You will work both in and out of the classroom to ensure pupils are fully supported in their learning, well-being, and personal development. You will be part of a welcoming and experienced team, with ongoing guidance from teachers and SEN specialists. Training opportunities may also be available for candidates looking to grow within the role.
