The school has a strong reputation for inclusion, with a supportive leadership team and an Ofsted rating of Good. Located just a short walk from the DLR and local bus routes, it’s well connected for staff across East London. In this role, you will be: • Providing 1:1 support for a pupil with autism, focusing on communication and classroom engagement. • Using visual schedules, sensory tools and structured routines to promote independence. • Encouraging positive social interactions and building confidence. • Working with the teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored strategies aligned with EHCP outcomes.
