The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in helping students with SEND succeed both in and out of the classroom. Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing 1:1 or small group support tailored to individual needs
• Assisting teachers with classroom activities and safeguarding student wellbeing
• Supporting social, emotional, and academic development
• Working closely with teachers, parents, and professionals to create inclusive learning environments
What we’re looking for
• Experience in a similar role (Teaching Assistant, Support Worker, Youth Worker, Carer, etc.)
• A genuine passion for supporting children with SEND
• Strong communication skills, patience, empathy, and adaptability
• Experience working with challenging behaviours or complex needs (ideal, but not essential)
• Relevant qualifications (CACHE Level 2/3 or equivalent) are desirable but not required

• Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm
• Pay: £90–£95 per day
