In this role, you will be: • Supporting primary-aged pupils with autism and additional learning needs, using Team TEACCH strategies to structure learning. • Assisting with behaviour regulation and promoting positive choices in and out of the classroom. • Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support to meet EHCP targets. • Working with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure consistent strategies.
