The school places a strong emphasis on communication and inclusion, working closely with external therapists to deliver personalised programmes for children with speech and language needs. In this role, you will be: • Supporting children in developing speech clarity, vocabulary, and comprehension skills. • Delivering small-group and 1:1 interventions following therapist-led programmes. • Recording progress data and assisting teachers to embed strategies in everyday learning. • Promoting confidence and self-expression through play, storytelling, and interaction.
