The Role
Based at a specialist provision for learners aged 7 up to 19, supporting social, emotional, mental health and challenging behaviour

• thrives in working with challenging behaviour, staying calm, consistent and positive
• believes every student deserves a chance to learn, grow and belong
• is keen to learn, collaborate and use individualised approaches
