Sports Coach / Teaching Assistant – SEND Schools Location: Plymouth, Devon Hours: Full-Time | Mon-Fri, 8:30 – 3:30 Pay: £89-£95 per day We’re looking for an energetic Sports Coach to join our SEND schools in Plymouth! If you love inspiring children through sport and helping them grow physically, socially, and emotionally, we want you on our team. What You’ll Do: • Lead and assist in lessons for children with SEND. • Motivate students using fun, inclusive coaching techniques. • Create a safe, supportive space for learning and play. • Support planning sports days, competitions, and activities. • Encourage teamwork, confidence, and positive behavior. • Assist with personal care and classroom support when needed. You’ll Need: • Experience working with children (SEND experience a plus). • Strong safeguarding knowledge. • Adaptable coaching style for different abilities. • Great communication and people skills. • Patience, positivity, and resilience. • Enhanced DBS or willingness to get one.
