We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistants to work across schools in the Tameside borough, supporting children in Early Years, KS1, and KS2. The Role: • Provide support to the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons. • Work with small groups and on a 1:1 basis, offering tailored support to children with varying abilities. • Assist with classroom preparation, organisation, and resource management. • Support children with their social, emotional, and academic development. • Encourage positive behaviour and help create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment. Ideal Candidate: • Experience working with Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and/or Key Stage 2 (KS2) pupils. • Knowledge of supporting children with SEND, including Autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, or other additionalrequirements. • A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children’s learning. • Strong communication skills with pupils, staff, and parents. • Ability to work flexibly within different year groups and adapt to the needs of each class.
