The Role: - You’ll be working closely with a small number of students who benefit from extra attention and structure throughout the school day. This includes: - A student with diagnosed Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) who responds well to routine, consistency, and a calm approach - Another pupil showing strong ADHD characteristics (though not formally diagnosed), who needs frequent redirection and help with focus during lessons - You’ll support them 1:1 or in a small group setting, helping them to remain engaged in class and access learning alongside their peers. This isn’t a high-stress, high-turnover environment — the school is known for its positive culture, approachable leadership, and respect for support staff.
