As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide individual and group support to pupils with a wide range of needs, including autism, communication difficulties, and complex learning needs. Work collaboratively with teachers and therapists to implement EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans) and personalised learning programmes. Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment that supports each student’s well-being and development. Contribute to the rich Jewish ethos of the school, helping embed values through daily life and learning. Desirable Criteria: • Understanding of or experience working within the Jewish community or a Jewish school. • Knowledge of Makaton, PECS, or other communication strategies. • Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
