We’re recruiting a full-time Teaching Assistant to support secondary students with learning disabilities and autism, working in partnership with a well-respected specialist provision in Swindon. About the role Full time: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm Start ASAP, with a 16-week settling-in period before moving to permanent Pay: £13.70 per hour You’ll work one-to-one or in small groups, helping students access their learning, develop social and communication skills, and become more independent Why this is a special setting This school’s most recent inspection in March 2025 judged overall effectiveness as Good.
