1:1 Teaching Assistant – Year 4 (ASD/ADHD Behaviour Support) - Location: West Acton, West London (Right near West Acton Train Station – excellent travel connections) - Start Date: ASAP – October 2025 -Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM -Contract Type: Full-Time | Long-Term -Pay: Competitive day rate (based on experience) About the Role Axcis Education is working closely with a supportive mainstream primary school in West Acton to appoint a dedicated and resilient 1:1 Teaching Assistant for a full-time, long-term position starting ASAP in October 2025. You will be working directly with a Year 4 pupil with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ADHD, who presents with high levels of hyperactivity, emotional dysregulation, and behavioural challenges. The child is bright and responsive to positive reinforcement, but requires consistent boundaries, routine, and structured support to engage effectively in learning. The school is ideally located just moments from West Acton Station, offering excellent transport links across West London and beyond — perfect for commuters.
