This school caters for students aged 8–16 with SEMH, ADHD and complex needs. The role involves: • Supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis • Using trauma-informed approaches to help learners overcome barriers • Promoting engagement, emotional resilience, and positive behaviour • Working closely with staff to create a supportive learning environment What we’re looking for: ?
