The college focuses on preparing young people aged 16–25 with additional needs for adulthood, with an emphasis on life skills, independence and employability. In this role, you will be: • Supporting learners with autism, ADHD and MLD in both classroom and community settings. • Assisting with lessons around functional literacy, numeracy, and workplace skills. • Promoting independence through travel training, budgeting and daily living activities. • Encouraging self-esteem and social confidence through mentoring and consistent support.
